Join us for a whānau friendly kōrero and hands on workshop with Alanah from EcoMatters. Learn about local native plants, why they matter, and how planting supports our whenua and waterways. This workshop is suitable for whānau ages 10+ and adults. We’d love to see you there, please register soon as spaces are limited!

- Join other Christians in practical creation care - Planting and other restoration work - 9:30-12 noon - followed by communal lunch (please feel free to bring something for yourself, and/or something to share). Hot drinks provided. - 111 Bethells Road, opp. Fire Station (approx. 35 mins drive from central Auckland). Best to use Google maps to confirm your route as occasionally there are road closures in the area - Suitable for all ages and activity levels, with all equipment provided (gloves, spades etc.). - You’ll need sturdy shoes and weather suitable clothing, and a drink and snack will be available. Couple of hours work followed by opportunity to connect with other volunteers over lunch. Please support our annual planting day at Whatipu. Bring your family and friends. Meet in the carpark with your spades and gloves. Refreshments and comradery on offer in a beautiful landscape.
